We’re all about creating a peaceful, respectful space for everyone who calls this place home. These aren’t strict rules—they’re just a few shared understandings that help keep the vibe right for all of us.

No Drugs. No Smoking. No Alcohol:

We’re a clean-living community. That means no drugs, smoking, or alcohol on the premises. It’s all about keeping the environment fresh, safe, and focused.

Respectful Guest Policy:

We love friends and family, but overnight guests are a no-go. It helps maintain a calm, respectful environment for everyone living here.

Respectful Behavior

Kindness is key. Treat your housemates and shared spaces the way you’d like to be treated—simple as that.

Space Guidelines:

Some floors are co-ed, others are single-gender.We design our shared spaces for comfort and mutual respect.

Keep it Safe

No candles, hotplates, incense, or anything that could be a fire risk. Not sure? Just ask us!

Secure Your Space (Respectfully)

Feel free to add a personal lock—just hand us a spare key so we’re covered in case of emergencies.

Privacy Matters

Please don’t enter another resident’s room unless
it’s clearly okay.

Chill Hours

Keep noise down after 10 PM (Sun–Thurs) and midnight on
weekends—let’s all get our rest.
